Want to delete your Rivio account?
You can ask our support team by email to delete your account and the personal data associated with it.
How to submit your request

Use the email linked to your account
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your Rivio account.

Add the subject line
Use “Account Deletion Request” as the email subject.

Clearly state your request
Tell us that you want your Rivio account and the personal data associated with it to be deleted.
Before deleting your account
Account deletion is permanent. Once complete, you will no longer be able to access your account. If you want to understand how any remaining balance or active eSIMs will be affected, ask in your email before your request is completed. Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law.
Do not include your password, one-time verification codes, or payment card details in your email.
When the draft opens, complete any missing details and send the email to submit your request.
If the draft does not open, manually email [email protected] with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
